Microsoft has released a hotfix that should correct our problems with properties missing when saving a Exception Memo or Information Request. This hot fix will allow us to return to installing all updates on a regular cycle. Of course there is no way to know that that future updates will not break this fix.
To install download the hotfix from here and install 472919_intl_i386.zip. This fix is for users running the 32 bit version of Microsoft Office.
Follow the installation step and you may be required to reboot at the end of the installation.
Please report if you install this update and it does not work or introduces any new errors.
